Ernie Michael Herlihy

Ernie M. Herlihy, 55, of Manchester, NH died suddenly, October 11, 2007 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester. He was born on November 10, 1952 in Framingham, MA. He was a resident of Manchester for the past 6 years. Previously he had lived in Chelsea, MA. Mr. Herlihy served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era. He worked at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester as a van driver for the past 4 years. He enjoyed fishing and computer games. He enjoyed making frequent trips to Foxwoods and loved his brown dog. Mr. Herlihy is survived by his daughters, Dawn Morabito of Quincy, MA, Jennifer Herlihy of Somerville, MA and Amie Lathrop of Manchester, 7 grandchildren and his partner of 6 years, Debbie Harvey of Manchester. He was predeceased by his daughter Melissa Herlihy. His Visitation will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, on Monday from 2-4PM. Burial will be held at the NH Veterans Cemetery at a later date. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The Chelsea Soldiers’ Home, 91 Crest Avenue, Chelsea, MA 02150.
