EVA MARY LAFLAMME FILLION

FRANCONIA, NH – Eva Mary Laflamme Fillion, 95, passed away at the Lafayette Nursing Home in Franconia, NH on June 21st, 2021 after a period of declining health.

Eva was born January 14, 1926, a daughter of the late Celina Daigle Laflamme and Joseph Laflamme. She was raised on a farm with eight other siblings, all very proud and hard-working people. Eva enjoyed family celebrations as well as wonderful military reunions with her late husband, Robert, and also senior citizen trips with friends to wonderful places. Eva and Robert's camp at Streeter Pond in Franconia was her pride and joy with many events enjoying family and friends and lots of joy and good times.

Eva and her beloved husband, Robert were married on July 4, 1947 (72 years together) and are survived by five children, Elaine Guilmain and Richard of Hollis, NH, Sandra Bonenfant and Darryl Conrad of Hudson, NH, Patricia Gust and Michael of Meredith, NH, Thomas Fillion and Mike Fillion of Littleton, NH; five grandchildren (Deborah Lang and Thomas of Temple, NH, Jeffrey Guilmain and Tami of Shalimar, FL, Brenda Kervin and Jonathan of Townsend, MA, Jonathan Bonenfant and Jeni of Chehalis, WA, Kristine Coleman of Nashua, NH), as well as seven great-grandchildren. Eva was predeceased by her husband, Robert on December 31, 2019, four sisters, Yvonne Olson, Freda Semales, Annette Aldrich, and Rose Brunelle, as well as four brothers, Oliver Laflamme, Leo Laflamme, Tony Laflamme and Bill Laflamme.

SERVICES – A Mass of Christian Rites will be held on August 20, 2021 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with the Very Reverend Mark E. Dollard as Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Rose Cemetery.
