Evelyn M. Campbell

Evelyn M. Campbell, 94, of Suncook, NH passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, in Manchester, NH.  

She was born on September 7, 1929, in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late George and Eleonora (Kocor) Morris. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester, NH. 

Prior to retirement, Evelyn was employed by Pandora Industries where she worked for over 30 years.   

She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, playing cards and enjoyed her quiet time reading.

Members of her family include her children, Kathleen Levasseur, of Manchester, NH; Edward and his wife Thelma Campbell of Minnesott Beach, North Carolina; Cheryl and her husband Brad Whitfield of Candia, NH. She was known as Grammy to 10 grandchildren and Nana to 15 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward H. Campbell, who died in 1978 and her daughter Jo-Ann J. Murphy who died in 2008.   

SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 beginning at 10:15 a.m. in St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Road, in Manchester, NH followed by a memorial service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place at a later date in St. Joseph Cemetery, in Bedford, NH.   

It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN  38105, in memory of Evelyn Campbell.
