Florent R. Boisvert

Florent R. Boisvert, 90, of 577 Hevey Street, died February 24, 2001, at the Elliot Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Manchester, NH on February 2, 1911, the son of Come and Laura (Montminy) Boisvert and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Mr. Boisvert worked for J.F. McElwain Corp., for many years and worked at the Amoskeag Bank until his retirement. Family members include his wife of 65 years Alice (Bourassa) Boisvert, a son Ronald Boisvert of Manchester, two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Jeannine) Smith of Vero Beach, Florida and Mrs. Leo (Irene) Allard of Goffstown, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, two sisters, Anita Hewitt of Hooksett and Ruth Faretra of Concord, several nieces and nephews. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock in St. John Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
