Francis Frank Haines

Frank (a.k.a. Dawes to family & classmates), passed away unexpectedly and much too soon on Nov. 11, 2018 at the age of 50.

In his youth Frank was a gifted athlete, capable of feathering a drop shot on the tennis court or an approach shot close to the hole on the green when playing against his dad, playing all-star level youth baseball (bats L, throws R), or clearing out the goalie's crease of intruding opposition skaters. Owing to his birth and early years in Philadelphia, he was a diehard Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles fan, sharing TV game time with family members, and competitively with friends. He loved taking his daughters, Amelia and Alexia, to Monarchs hockey games, and enjoyed rock concerts with his wife, Michelle.

He was a graduate of West High School in Manchester, attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Co before returning to Manchester and obtaining his B.S. in Marketing with high honors from Southern New Hampshire University. He was a salesman's salesman, developing programs for minor league hockey teams in Fort Worth, TX and Lowell, MA and later for a number of corporate businesses, most recently The Generator Connection, Inc. in Barrington, N H.

He is survived by his life-friend and wife Michelle (Rousseau) Haines of Manchester, and their two daughters, Amelia and Alexia; his mother, Margie Haines of Murfreesboro TN; his father Jay Haines of Concord; his sister Meg Villeneuve of Murfreesboro, TN; and step-sister Lizzy Haines of Dorchester, MA.

Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Saturday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 AM with funeral service to follow at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel.
