Francis P. Smith

Francis P. Smith, 71, of Nashua, NH died on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at the Community Hospice House, in Merrimack, NH. 

Mr. Smith was born on February 27, 1953, in Marlborough, MA, the son of the late Robert G. and Gloria M. (Carrier) Smith. 

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Smith was employed as a pharmacist and worked for several years at the Fernald State School, in Waltham, Massachusetts. 

He had his private pilot’s license and enjoyed flying. Mr. Smith was a member of the Sudbury Companies of Militia & Minute where they did historical interpretations of the Colonial Period.

Members of his family include; his wife, Pamela V. (Tocci) Smith, two sons, Joshua Smith and Robert Smith, one stepson, Claude Ferry, 4 grandchildren, a brother, Robert G. Smith, Jr., a sister, June Turbeville, several nieces and nephews. 

SERVICES: There are no calling hours or services planned at this time. 

It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial contributions to Samaritan’s Purse, PO Box 3000, Boone, NC 28607, or to Epilepsy Foundation New England, 175 Cabot Street, Suite 301, Lowell, MA 01854, in memory of Mr. Smith.
