Frederick J. Fischer

Frederick J. Fischer, Jr., 73, of Bedford, NH died on Thursday, March 15, 2018 with his family by his side at his home in Bedford.
Mr. Fischer was born on April 11, 1944, in Brighton, MA, the son of the late Frederick J. and Concetta (Abate) Fischer, Sr.
Members of his family include; his wife of 48 years, Diane (LeBlanc) Fischer, of Bedford, NH; son, Kristian J. Fischer, and his wife Jennifer, of Merrimack, NH; daughter, Kimberly L. Smart and her husband, Robert, of Billerica, MA; four grandchildren, Samantha, Juliana, Brandon and Christiana, one sister, Constance Cuccia, of Merrimack, NH; many nephews, nieces and grandnieces.
His hobbies and interests included; reading, gardening, caring for his pets and spending countless hours cheering on his grandchildren in all their activities. It gave him immense joy to spend time with his family.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Road, in Bedford, NH. Interment will take place at a later date in Ridgelawn Cemetery, in Watertown, MA.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in Fred's memory to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.
