Frederick J. Fougere, 69, of Atkinson, NH died on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, in Derry, NH.

Mr. Fougere was born on August 16, 1956, in Winchester, MA, the son of the late Warren and Mary V. (Keating) Fougere.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Fougere was a self-employed HVAC technician.

He enjoyed golf, fishing and NASCAR.

Members of his family include; his sister, Kathleen Chepulis, of Derry, NH; a brother, Fran Fougere, of FL; two sisters, Mary Broomstein and Michele Hutchinson.

SERVICES: A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
