Mr. Frederick W. Sprague, 69, of Manchester, NH died October 4, 2007 at Hanover Hill Health Care in Manchester following a short illness. He was born in Lyndon, Vermont on August 15, 1938. He was a resident of Manchester for most of his life. During the Korean Conflict he had served in the US Army. He worked as a maintenance person for Hanover Hill Health Care for the past twenty five years and had worked in the maintenance field throughout his career. He was an avid baseball fan and loved the Red Sox. He also enjoyed the Patriots. Mr. Sprague loved country music and animals. He had raised homing pigeons while he lived on the farm. He had a strong devotion to his faith. He was an avid member of the DAV. He was known as the little guy with the big heart to his many friends. Mr. Sprague is survived by his many close friends in the Manchester area. Following cremation, his Memorial Gathering will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, corner of Union St, on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00PM.
