LITTLETON, NH Frieda Grace (Hyers) Lehmann, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at the Littleton Regional Hospital.
Frieda was born on January 8, 1922, a daughter to Frederick and Grace (Tayon) Hyres in Torrington, CT.
Surviving family members include her children Carol Simons and her husband, David of Glen Falls, NY and their son, David Simons, Paul Lehmann and his wife, Deborah of Littleton, NH and their children, Daniel Ferland, Chantelle Ferland, Tiffany (Ferland) Devlin, her husband, John, and their children, John, Serena and Merrie Devlin, and a daughter-in-law, Beverly LaPointe of Torrington, CT.
Her husband, Julius (Sonny) Lehmann, Sr. predeceased her in 2001, as well as her son, Julius (Skip) Lehmann, Jr. in 1999.
SERVICES The family will receive friends on Friday, May 1st from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home located at 101 Union Street in Littleton, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Randy DeTrude officiating. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at 11:00 a.m. in the Hillside Cemetery in Torrington, CT.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Advent Christian Church, Lafayette Ave., Littleton, NH 03561 or the Littleton Senior Center, Cottage Street, Littleton, NH 03561.
