Gabrielle M. Fournier, 75, of 29 Crescent Lane, Manchester, died July 29, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center. She was born in Manchester on March 25, 1927, the daughter of Romeo and Adrienne (Payer) Janelle and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Mrs. Fournier worked the New England Telephone Company for 30 years and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers. Gabrielle was a parishioner of St. Pius X Church. Family members include her husband of 54 years, Urgel Fournier of Manchester, a son, Michael Fournier of Goffstown, a daughter, Mrs. Edward (Janice) Stefanik of Manchester, her predeceased son, Daniel Fournier who died in 1990, six grandchidren, two great grandchildren, two brothers, Maurice Janelle of Deering, NH and Romeo Janelle of Tybee Island, Georgia, two sisters, Lucille Cote of San Jose, California and Jeanne D'Arc Soucy of Tilton, NH, several nephews, nieces and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 11 o'clock in St. Pius X Church. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
