Gabrielle M. Sage, 86, of 52 Congress Street, died May 23, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center. She was born in St. Malo, P.Q. Canada on May 30, 1916 the daughter of the late Emery and Hedwige (Hebert) Sage and resided in Norton, Vermont for 18 years, before moving to Manchester in 1959. She was the widow of Adolphe Sage who died in 1976. Mrs. Sage was a parishioner of St. John Baptist Church and was a member of St. Anne Sodality and Les Coeur Joyeux. She worked many years for Pandora and also at Georges Clothing Store. Family members include four sons, Paul Sage of Manchester, Richard Sage of Goffstown, Ronald Sage of Londonderry and Donald Sage of Dunbarton, three daughters, Mrs. Jeannine Gagnon of Manchester, Mrs. Mary Jane Caron of Dunbarton and Mrs. Lucille Dery of Manchester, 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, a brother Louis Lemieux of Coaticook, PQ, Canada, a sister Mrs. Alice Fauteux of Manchester, several nephews and nieces. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Monday from 6 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday moning at 11:30 in St. Jean Baptiste Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
