GAIL M. ALLAIRE

LITTLETON, NH  Gail M. Allaire, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, March 11th at the Littleton Regional Hospital.

Gail was born on July 29, 1949, a daughter to Henry and Madeline (Sanborn) Carbonneau in Littleton, NH. She attended area schools.

Gail was a Housing Coordinator for Northern New Hampshire Mental Health Center from 1987 to 1996. She was also a property manager for Marken Properties of Holyoke, MA, managing properties in St. Johnsbury and Windsor, Vermont until she became ill and could no longer work. Gail enjoyed gardening and knitting hats and sweaters for her grandchildren, which were her whole life. She loved spending time with her family and friends, and touched many lives.

Surviving family members include her husband of 41 years, Norman Allaire; their three children, Greg and Kerrey Allaire, Jon and Jamie Allaire, and Michelle and Larry Leavitt; twelve grandchildren; two brothers, Tim and Patti Carbonneau, and Mike and Gloria Carbonneau; two sisters, Jean Carbonneau, and Carlene and Fred Lyndes; and her mother-in-law, Helen Allaire. Gail was predeceased by her parents, her brother, Steve Carbonneau, and her granddaughter, Alli Allaire.

SERVICES  Calling hours will be held on Friday evening, March 14th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Pillsbury Funeral Home, located at 101 Union Street in Littleton. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 15th at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Edward Lopeman officiating. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory, to the North Country Home Health and Hospice Agency, 536 Cottage Street, Littleton, NH 03561.
