Garry Gene Rice

Garry Gene Rice, age 40, of Manchester, NH passed away unexpectedly at home on September 25, 2020. Born in Boston, MA on April 24, 1980, he was a son of Marleena Rice and Luther Bennitt. He was the longtime companion of Cleo Mercer.

Garry spent his childhood years living in Boston, and later moved to Manchester, where he attended Memorial High School. Garry enjoyed his life and spending time with family and friends. He loved football and was a fan of the 49ers.

Garry is survived by his wife, Cleo Mercer; his son, Diamante Rice; his mother, Marleena Rice; his father, Luther Bennitt; his brothers, Raheem Rice and his wife Kate, Kyree Rice and Jai Mccoy; his sisters, Jasmine Bennitt and her husband Michael Martin, Domonique, Jade and Karisma Bennitt; his step-brothers, Antwone, Kamal and Tarell; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his infant daughter, Biaunce Rice.

Garry's visitation will be held Friday, October 2nd at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester. Burial to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester.
