Gary Edward Spellman

Gary E. Spellman, 50, of Manchester died November 18, 2009 at his home following a long illness. He was born on July 18, 1959 in Lynn, MA the son of Richard L. Spellman of Saco, Maine and Elaine M. (Lejeune) Joubert of Byfield, MA. He was raised and educated in Lynn. He was a resident of Manchester for many years. Most recently, Gary worked as a meat cutter at Hannaford Supermarket. Previously he had worked at Jac Pac Foods in Manchester prior to their closure. Gary enjoyed camping, concerts and playing horseshoes. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jane Campbell of Manchester; son, Ben Spellman of Manchester; daughter, Bonnie Lee Spellman of Manchester; sister, Brenda Young of Manchester and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In His Life: He was predeceased by his brother James Spellman who died in 2007. His Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Monday from 1-4PM His Service will be held in the Funeral Home from 4-6PM and friends and family are welcome.
