George K. Asadoorian, 81, of Auburn, NH died December 1, 2005, at the Veteran Medical Center Nursing Home, Manchester, NH. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts on March 6, 1924, the son of the late Avides and Sarah (Russian) Asadoorian and resided in Medford, MA., before moving to Auburn, NH, 26 years ago. He was a W.W. II Navy Veteran in Asiatic Pacific, received Good Conduct Medal, the Victory Medal and was in the American Theatre. He was a member of the American Legion Post 45 in Medford, Ma. George was an avid fishermen and hunter. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great, grandfather. Mr. Asadoorian was a parishioner of St. Peter's Church in Auburn, NH. Family members include his wife of 26 years, Patricia (Kedian) Asadoorian of Auburn, a son, Gregory Asadoorian of Raynham, MA., two stepsons; William Bond of Pensacola, Florida and Patrick Bond of Singapore, a step daughter, Michelle Bond of Nashua, NH, two grandchildren, a great granddaughter. IN HIS LIFE: His two grandchildren; Derek Asadoorian of Westminster, MA and Adam Asadoorian of Dover, NH, one great granddaughter, Allison Asadoorian of Westminster, MA, two step grandchildren, his daughter-in-law, Ruth Asadoorian of Raynham, MA, his sister-in-law, Charlotte Asadoorian of Fresno, CA, a nephew, Alan Asadoorian of Fresno, CA, three great nieces and his predeceased brother, James Asadoorian. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Sunday from 2 to 6 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 10 O'Clock in St. Peter's Church. Burial will be with military honors in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford, Ma. at 3 PM.
