Georgianna D. Martel

Georgianna D. (French) Martel – Rochester, NH Age 48 of Milton, died Tuesday March 14th in Rochester, as the result of an automobile accident. She was born on January 2, 1958 in Manchester, the daughter of William P. and Dorothy M. (Scott) French. She was raised in Hooksett, and had attended Hooksett schools. She enjoyed outdoor activities, especially whit water rafting and riding motorcycles. She enjoyed taking trips with her family in their RV. She and her husband Richard loved dogs, and had raised pugs. She also loved working on arts and crafts projects. She always put other people first, and was willing to help anyone. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Richard G. Martel of Milton. Daughter Marie S. Martel of Pittsfield. 3 sisters; Susan Heaney, Beverly Bellemare and Shirley Bergeron, all of Concord. 2 brothers; William French and Mark French, both of Hooksett. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her. Calling hours are Friday March 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematory 243 Hanover Street Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 18th at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Parish 265 S. Main Street Manchester, NH 03102. Cremation will follow.
