Gerard H. Gagnon, 86, of 190 Morgan Street, died May 15, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center. He was born in Manchester on April 15, 1917, the son of Joseph and Marie Flore (Drolet) Gagnon and had been a resident of Manchester for most of his life. He was a W.W. II Army Veteran. Gerard worked several years for Gutman & Kesslen Shoe Company and retired from Myrna Shoe. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and furniture making. Family members include his wife of 62 years, Jeanne (Courchesne) Gagnon, a daughter, Muriel Gagnon, two sisters, Mrs. Armand (Marie) Gagnon and Rita Drinkwater, all of Manchester, NH, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours will be at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Sunday from 5 to 9 PM. A Mass of christian burial will be celebrated Monday morning at 9 o'clock in The Parish of Transfiguration. Burial will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
