Gerard O. Nadeau, 74, of 26 Riverside St., Hooksett, died May 21, 2001 at CMC. He was born in Hooksett on October 11, 1926, the son of Alfred and Corana (Desmarais) Nadeau and had been a lifelong resident of the town. He was a World War II Army Veteran. He was currently working at Thomas Hodgson and Sons where he had been employed for many years. He was a member of the Covenant Christian Church. Family members include two sisters, Theresa Britton and Dorothy J. Garon, both of Manchester, two nephews, three nieces; and several cousins residing in Lowell, MA. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Manchester on Thursday evening from 5 to 8 PM. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home on Thursday evening at 8:00 PM, with Pastor Stephen Jenkins of the Covenant Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Hooksett. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made the Covenant Christian Church, 61 Eden Street, Manchester, NH 03102.
