Gerard N. Roy, 73, of 12 Rosemont Street, died July 17, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center. He was born in Manchester, NH on July 15, 1929, the son of Napoleon and Irene (Chouinard) Roy and had been a lifelong resident of the Queen City. Gerard was in the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean Conflict. He was the treasurer for BGS Employees Fedral Credit Union for over 30 years and was also employed by Prevue Products for 40 years. Mr. Roy was a parishioner of the Church of Transfiguration-St. Edmund. Family members include his wife of 47 years Sally (Sweezy) Roy of Manchester, four daughters, Irene Neforas of Goffstown, Linda Beaudoin, Pamela Selvitella, both of Manchester and Lisa Roy of Arlington, Viriginia, four grandchildren, two brothers, Andrew Roy and Adrien Roy, both of Manchester, four sisters, Irene Chabot, Madeleine Bartlett, both of Ormond Beach, Florida, Margarite Keller of Bedford, NH and Theresa Reed of Billerica, Massachusetts, several nephews and nieces. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock in the Church of Transfiguration-St. Edmond.
