GERMAIN H. GOSSELIN Germain Gerry H. Gosselin, 75, of Goffstown, NH, died September 7, 2006, at his home, after a brief illness, with his family by his side. Mr. Gosselin was a resident of Manchester and Goffstown for most of his life. Mr. Gosselin was born on July 6, 1931, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late, Emile and Alphonsine (Kirouac) Gosselin. Prior to his retirement in 1986, Mr. Gosselin was employed for 35 years at the V.A. Hospital, in Manchester as an Operating Room Technician. For many years, he was a volunteer firefighter at the Pinardville Fire Station, and retired as a rank of Captain. He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the United States Army. Following retirement, Mr. Gosselin worked part time at Phaneuf Funeral Homes. Mr. Gosselin loved all New England sports. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. IN HIS LIFE: Family members include; his wife of 52 years, Lorraine (Desrochers) Gosselin of Goffstown, 4 sons, Paul E. and Roxanne Gosselin, of Goffstown, Richard G. Gosselin, of Homosassa, FL; Roger L. Gosselin and Melissa Godin, of Manchester, NH; Marc D. and Tricia Gosselin, of Weare, NH; 1 daughter, Mrs. Emile (Diane) Juneau, of Goffstown, 1 brother, Gilbert Gosselin, of Manchester, several nieces and nephews and cousins, and his 13 grandchildren, Kristopher, Matt, Kimberley, Jenn, Jeff, Tom, Ryan, Rebecca, Jenna, Kyle, Marissa, Megan and Joshua. Calling hours will be Sunday, from 5 8 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Monday at Parish of Transfiguration Church, in Manchester. Encryptment will follow at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum.
