Germaine L. Beaulac

Gertrude L. (Proulx) Beaulac, 82, of 16 Moreau Street, died November 14, 2003 at her residence. She was born in Manchester on July 12, 1921, the daughter of Alexander and Virginia (Remillard) Proulx and had been a lifelong resident of the city. She had been a sales clerk at J.J. Newbury earlier in her career. She was active with the West Side Senior Center and enjoyed playing bingo, cards, traveling with her senior friends and going to yard sales. She loves spending time with her grandchildren. She was the widow of Armand Beaulac who died in 1991. Family members include two sons, Edward Beaulac and Ronald Beaulac, both of Manchester; four grandchildren; a brother, Robert Proulx of Manchester; and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue on Monday from 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:00 in the Church of the Transfiguration. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
