Gertrude M. Lucas

Gertrude M. Lucas – Manchester, NH Age 102 of Bedford, died Saturday October 22nd at Mount Carmel Nursing home in Manchester. She was born on November 10, 1902 in Manchester, CT. the Daughter of Frank and Mary ( Plisky) Marks. Mrs. Lucas had been a Bedford resident for the past 14 years. She retired from Southern New England Telephone Company in Hartford, CT after 36 years of service, and was a member of the Pioneers of America. She is survived by her 2 Sons; George B. Lucas Jr. and his wife Dolores of Bedford and Donald S. Lucas and his wife Kathy of Canton, CT. 2 Sisters; Edna Fitzgibbons and Harriet Tobias, both of CT. 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren also survive her.
