GERTRUDE ST. ONGE

Goffstown—Gertrude St. Onge, 75, passed away after a period of declining health at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Adrien and Ida (LaBrie) Dionne.
Gertrude was born and raised in Manchester where she met and married her husband of 54 years, Donald D. St. Onge. She loved playing Bingo and Yahtzee, including all card games and watching bowling and figure skating. Her grandchildren share memories of watching her do the "Gertie" in the swimming pool. Gertrude was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she was all about family and her family was paramount in her life. She will be missed by many.
In addition to leaving her husband Donald, she also leaves behind her children, Paul R. (wife Corrine) St. Onge , Gerard D. St. Onge, Phyllis M. (husband John) Burt, Maurice R. (wife Lisa M.) St. Onge, and Donald R. St. Onge all from Goffstown, her grandchildren, Paul (wife Quennie) St. Onge Jr. of Bedford, Julianne (husband Daniel) van Kalken of Weare, Kevin Poulin of Goffstown, Kara Poulin of Goffstown, Melissa St. Onge of Goffstown, and Elizabeth St. Onge of Goffstown, her great grandchildren, P.J., Rose, and Duke. Gertrude also leaves behind many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and loving friends.

Services: Visitation will be held at Phaneuf Funeral Home 250 Coolidge Ave Manchester on Thursday November 20th 2pm-4pm and 6pm- 8pm. A funeral mass will be held on Friday November 21st at Ste. Marie Roman Catholic Church 378 Notre Dame Ave. in Manchester at 10am and burial immediately following at Mount Calvary Cemetery Chapel 474 Goffstown Road in Manchester.
Phaneuf Funeral Home and Crematorium is in charge of arrangements.
