Mr. Gilles F. Goulet, 75, of Manchester, NH died January 24, 2008 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester following a brief illness. He was born on August 10, 1932 in Disraeli, Quebec, Canada the son of Edmond and Odelie (Martel) Goulet. He was a resident of Manchester for the past 47 years. He worked at Velcro for many years before retiring in 2001. Gilles enjoyed painting, leather crafts, and making popsicle stick creations. He is survived by his 2 sons, Gerald Goulet of Manchester and Gerard Goulet of Manchester; daughter, Monique Larochelle of Weare, 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brother, Hercule Goulet of Disraeli; 2 sisters, Monique St. Laurent and Linda laguex both of Disraeli and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Angeline (Couture) Goulet who died August 1, 2001. His Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8PM. His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00AM at St. Marie Church, Manchester. Committal Prayers will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
