Ginette M. Macero

Ginette M. (Boutot) Macero, 61, of Manchester, NH lost a courageous and valiant battle with cancer and passed peacefully with loved ones by her side in Hooksett, NH, on Wednesday, August 26, 2020.
Ginette was born on January 31, 1959 in Baker Lake, New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of the late Bertin and surviving mother Edmee (Kennedy) Boutot. Ginette immigrated to America with her parents and siblings at the age of 10 settling in Derry, New Hampshire where she resided for a number of years. Ginette spent a short time of her life living in San Diego, California.
Ginette attended Pinkerton Academy. She attended and completed cosmetology school at Michael's Cosmetology School in Manchester, NH in 1983. Her first job as a cosmetologist was at the Velvet Razor in Derry, NH. Ginette possessed an innate skill in all things beauty and fashion. Later in her life, Ginette was employed as a well loved and respected server at Amphora Restaurant in Derry, NH where she built up a loyal customer base because of her work ethic and excellent customer service. Many who frequented the restaurant will miss Ginette's smile and positive energy. She is described as a selfless, fun, creative and loving person by all.
Ginette loved all things related to arts and crafts including drawing and painting. She crocheted and sewed endlessly loving to make blankets and pea shoes for her children. Additionally, she was an avid gardener and loved to visit the ocean. She was an animal lover and adored her loyal companion, Sophie. But her greatest love was spending time with her family, her parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and most especially her four children and two granddaughters - the lights of her life. They will fondly recall her saying "Hi baby".
Predeceased by her father, Bertin Boutot, Ginette is survived by her mother, Edmee Boutot of Manchester, NH, her four children: Christine M. Tjerandsen and her husband, Carl of Sonoma CA; Travis Boutot, Colton J. Macero and Christopher Macero, all of Manchester, NH; two granddaughters, her greatest joys, Alex Tjeransden and Sadie Macero; two sisters, Linda Piccirilli and Chantale Houde; four brothers, Mike, Guilmond, Alain, and Jocelyn Boutot; and several nieces and nephews.
