Gloria Jean Jameson (Keyser), 72, of Boscawen, NH, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 6, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was surrounded by loving family members.
Gloria was predeceased by her by her husband of 44 years, Michael, in 2020. Gloria was born on November 20, 1953, in Franklin, NH, to the late Virginia (Greenlaw) Keyser and Fred Keyser.
Gloria’s journey on earth was marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. Her angelic light was a beacon to those in need of comfort, advice, or just to reach out in a warm and positive way.
As an active member of the Boscawen Congregational Church, she will be missed by many. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by her.
Gloria enjoyed artists like Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and, Elvis. She was also excellent in the arts of crochet, knitting, crossword puzzles, and Kings Corners.
Gloria is survived by her daughter Kayleen Waitkus of Epsom, grandchildren Alana Waitkus of Laconia and Ronald Waitkus of Epsom, siblings Donna Hobbs of Claremont, Fred Murdock of Concord, Paul Keyser of Moultonborough, Nancy Marsh of Contoocook, and Kristie Dunn of Warner, NH.
Gloria is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a 90-year-old uncle whom she visited often and baked warm cookies for.
In honor of Gloria’s memory, please send donations to the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord or the Boscawen Congregational Church.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 7th at 1:00PM at Boscawen Congregational Church, 12 High Street in Boscawen, NH. Gloria’s ashes will be spread in the Spring along with her husband, Michael. Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Boscawen office, is assisting the family with arrangements.
