Gury Gary Joseph

Gury "Gary" Joseph, 76, of 55 Canton Street, died suddenly and tragically in his home on February 26, 2003. He was born in Manchester on November 29, 1924, the son of the late Sotir and Konstantino (Pano) Joseph and had been a lifelong resident of Manchester. Along with his brothers, Teddy and James, he owned and worked at Joseph Brothers Market for over 60 years. Gary was a decorated W.W. II Veteran. Family members include his sister Katherine Pachus of Newton, Ma., two nieces and two nephews. Services: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Monday evening from 4 to 8 O'clock. Relatives and friends are welcome to a committal service on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock in Pine Grove Cemetery.
