To the Lacourse family, my deepest love and fondest memories of Hanne. My years at Pittsfield Weaving are woven throughout, with her voice, including her patient attempts at teaching a phrase or two of German to my ever-lame skill of speaking it. Across my lap lies the handmade throw she created for me years ago. I shall never forget her.
