Harry E. Bryant, 78, of Pelham, died September 4, 2005 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester. He was born in Andover, MA on August 24, 1927, the son of Charles and Anna (Heinz) Bryant and had been a resident of Chester for many years before moving to Pelham 1 ½ years ago. He was a World War II and Korean War Veteran, serving both in the United States Army and the Air Force. He was an auto mechanic for most of his career until his retirement. Family members include his daughter, Lesia Bryant of Hudson; a sister, Ruth Bryant of Salem; one nephew, three nieces and several cousins. A memorial gathering will take place at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Thursday morning from 10 to 11 AM. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Salvation Army, 121 Cedar Street, Manchester, NH 03104.
