Hazel M. Parker, 59, of 23 Beach Road, Salisbury, Massachusetts, died May 17, 2004, at Greycliff at Cape Ann, Gloucester, MA. She was born in Cambridge, MA., on July 12, 1944, the daughter of the late Arthur and Hazel M. (Thompson) Prescott and had been a lifelong resident of the Massachusetts area. Hazel loved to cook and enjoyed gardening and reading. Mrs. Parker enjoyed life and was a devoted grandmother. Her sister, Gale, was a great sister and friend in her life. She was the widow of Richard "Red" Parker who died in 1997. Family members include two sons, John M. Parker of Brockton, Ma. and James R. Parker of Bradenton, FL., two daughters Sandra Sam Parker of Goffstown and Sue-Ann Parsiean of Watertown, MA., three grandchildren, her predeceased son, Timothy Norton who died in 1966, a sister, Mrs. Jack (Gale) Mallette of West Epping, NH, many nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for Mrs. Parker on Saturday morning at 10 oclock in the Star of the Sea Church, Salisbury Center, Ma. The Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, is in charge of arrangements.
