Henry J. Perkins Jr.

Henry J. “Perk” Perkins, 96, formerly of Auburn, NH passed away peacefully on September 15, 2022.

Henry was born in Manchester, NH on February 18,1926 and served in the United States Army as a crane operator. When he finished his deployment, he returned home and met the love of his life, Lillian. They married and lived a long and happy life together for sixty-eight years.

Henry is predeceased by his parents; three sisters; son Patrick Perkins; and his beloved wife Lillian. He is survived by his children, Cheryl Lougee and husband George of Campton, NH and Michael Perkins and his wife Lynn of Concord, NH, as well as six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom he loved to be with. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are invited to gather Friday, September 23^rd 9:00-10:00am at Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 172 King Street in Boscawen. A Memorial Service will follow immediately in the funeral home chapel. Committal with Military Honors will take place at 2:00pm at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen.
