Henry Rosner

Henry G. Rosner, Jr. 1932 - 2012 BRATTLEBORO, VT Henry G. Rosner, Jr., passed on Thursday, May 24th, 2012, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. He was born in Spencer on March 6, 1932, son of Henry and Rose Rosner, and grew up in Spencer, attending local schools. He was a decorated veteran of the Korean War, having served with the Army. After his honorable discharge, he returned to Spencer and married Barbara C. Hinsley on Nov. 22, 1952. Besides his parents, Henry was predeceased by his sisters, Bernadette Begin and Judith Ann Rosner. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, of Brattleboro, Vt.; his sons, Henry G. Rosner, III of San Dimas, Calif., Michael R. Rosner of Vernon, Vt., and Richard A. Rosner of Belchertown, Mass.; his sister, Jeanne Proto of Lake Tahoe, Calif., and his brother, Austin Rosner of Riverview, Fla. Also surviving are his eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. MEMORIAL NOTICE: Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Mass to be held on Wednesday, May 30th, at 11 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Brattleboro, VT. Private interment will be held at a later date. For those who desire, contributions in Henry's memory may be made to the Alzheimers Foundation of America.
