Henry J. Schlingman, 58, of 62 Wallace Road, Bedford, died October 3, 2002, at Catholic Medical Center. He was born in Cambridge, Ma., on November 26, 1943, the son of the late Henry and Edna (Naperschat) Schlingman and resided ten years in Manchester and the past 24 years in Bedford. Henry served in the U.S. Army, enjoyed fishing and gardening and raised exotic pheasants. Mr. Schlingman was currently Chief of Support for the New Boston Air Force Tacking Station where he worked for the past 34 years. Family members include his wife of 36 years, Donna (Ford) Schlingman of Bedford, a son Eric Schlingman of Denver, Colorado, a daughter Nicole Glenn of Stratham, NH, a granddaughter Lily Glen of Stratham, NH, a sister, Joan Starratt of Andover, Ma., several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Relatives and friends are welcomed to a calling hour at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Bedford Arrangement Center, Rte. 101, Bedford Village Shoppes, on Monday morning from 10 to 11 o'clock with the service immediately following in the arrangement center chapel at 11 o'clock. Burial will be in Bedford Center Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
