Irene (Barbato) Fisher, age 78, of Dover, NH died on September 9, 2011 at the Riverside Rest Home. She was the wife of the late Albert Fisher.
She was born on August 3, 1933 in Everett, MA, daughter of the late Edward and Rose (Diplasido) Barbato. Irene moved to New Hampshire in 1971 and resided here until her death.
She was employed as a CNA for many years. She was most recently employed at the Langdon Place – Exeter. She enjoyed arts and crafts, she is remembered for her seasonal decorations that she made by hand.
She is survived by two children: Rosemarie Rowe and her husband Steven of Hampton, NH, Richard Fisher and his wife Sharon of Rochester, NH. She also leaves 2 brothers William Barbato of Melrose, MA, Phillip Barbato of Chevy Chase, MD, a sister Mary Riccidone of North Andover, MA, 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband Albert, she is predeceased by her daughter Linda Fisher.
