Irene J. Goulet

Irene J. (Chenard) Goulet, 90, of 306 McGregor Street, died February 23, 2007 at Catholic Medical Center. She was born in Strafford, PQ Canada on September 5, 1916, and had been a Manchester resident since 1959. She was the widow of Hermenegilde Goulet who died in 1988. She enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family. She was a long-timer parishioner of Ste. Marie Church. She was predeceased by four sons, Maurice Goulet, Herve Goulet, Laurent Goulet and Jean-Guy Goulet. Family members include a son, Paul Goulet of Litchfield; two daughters, Alexandrine Cote of Concord and Denise Dion of FL; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren, and several nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street on Monday from 4 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday morning at 10:00 in Ste.
