Izola E. Lachance, 95, formerly of 566 Kelley Street, died August 28, 2001, at Ridgewood Center Genesis Health Care. She was born November 14, 1905, in Worcester, Massachusetts, the daughter of James and Luvina (Landy) Fontaine and had been a resident of Manchester for over 60 years. She was a past member of Les Dames de St. Anne of St. Jean Baptist Church and was a parishioner of that parish. Mrs. Lachance was the widow of Paul Lachance who died in 1966. Family members include a son Paul R. Lachance of Yuma, Arizona, two daughters Mrs. Richard (Annette) Manganel formerly of Plattsburg, NY and currently of Orlando, Florida and Mrs. John (Jeanne) Lachance Burpee of Goffstown, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Friday morning from 9 to 10:30 o'clock with a Mass of Chirstian Burial following at 11 o'clock in St. Jean Baptist Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
