Jack F. Bailey, 89, of Manchester, NH died on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Maple Leaf Healthcare Center, in Manchester, NH.
Jack was born on January 2, 1935, in Boston, MA, the son of the late Anasa F. and Gladys (King) Bailey. He was a veteran and served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
Prior to his retirement, Jack was a proud member of the Teamsters Local 25, working as a truck driver for over 30 years.
He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially with his grandchildren. He also loved hunting, fishing, laughing, singing, dancing and telling jokes.
Members of his family include; his wife of 58 years, Joyce E. (Richardson) Bailey; a daughter, Michelle Bailey; four sons, Keith Bailey, Douglas Bailey, Matthew Bailey, Alan Bailey, grandchildren, Kallie, Bryan, Jordan, Tara, Caitlyn, Abigail, Jackson, Ryilee, Addison, Anna, Sam and Ben. and many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Jack Roy Bailey, brothers, Edward Powers, Robert Bailey, Arthur Bailey, sisters, Virginia Cattaneo, Barbara Cullen, and Pamela Midget.
SERVICES: A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 12 Noon – 3 p.m. at the Puritan Backroom Conference Center, Pappas Room in Manchester. Interment will take place at a later date at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, in Boscawen, NH.
Donations can be made to Resident Council and Activities Fund at Maple Leaf Healthcare Center, in memory of Jack.
