Jacqueline A. (Robida) Bilodeau, 80, of Manchester, died October 1, 2009 at the Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown. She was born in Meriden, CT on April 20, 1929, the daughter of Rudolph and Alice (Desmarais) Robida and had been a Manchester resident for most of her life. She was an accomplished baker and cake decorator and specialized in making wedding cakes for over 30 years. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an avid bingo player and a long-time parishioner of the Parish of the Transfiguration. In Her Life: Family members include her husband of 62 years, Bertrand Bilodeau; two sons, Russell Bilodeau and his wife Regina of Manchester, and Paul Bilodeau and his wife Susan of Bedford; a daughter, Jeanne Soucy and her husband Jean of Manchester; eight grandchildren, Jeff Soucy, Tina Dalton and her husband Tom, Ken Soucy and his wife Michelle, Adam Bilodeau, Shannon Palladino and her husband Robert, Matthew Bilodeau, Lindsay Bilodeau and Riley Bilodeau; three great grandchildren, Julianna Palladino, Cloe Palladino and Seamus Dalton; two brothers, Richard Robida and Gerald Robida, both of MI; a sister, Claire Connolly of Manchester and nephews, nieces and cousins. Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 250 Coolidge Avenue on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 in the Parish of the Transfiguration. Committal services will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hillsborough County Nursing Home, Patient Fund, 400 Mast Road, Goffstown, NH 03045.
