Jacqueline "Jackie" Olivette (Morin) Dupay, 84, died Tuesday, September 10, 2024 after a period of declining health.
She spent her final days at Wentworth Douglass hospital, in Dover, NH, surrounded as she always wanted, by family.
Jackie was born in Ste-Germaine Boule, Quebec, Canada to her parents, Leontine (Pelchat) Morin and Omer Morin. She had two older sisters, Julianne and Juliette. At three months old her mother passed away, and at age 9 Jackie and her sisters moved to Quincy, Massachusetts. There they were raised by her Aunt and Uncle, Olivette and Henry Morin, whom she lovingly called "Nana and Papa Morin."
After graduating from Quincy High School she met her future husband, Robert Dupay. At the time they met she was a Clerk Typist. After marrying, they lived in the Boston area, and had three children; John, Michelle, and Lynne. In 1971 the family moved to Nashua, NH, where they settled.
Jackie was predeceased in death by her father, Omer, mother, Leontine, sisters, Julianne and Juliette, husband, Robert, son, John, and extended family members, all of whom she missed each and every day.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Michelle and husband Adrian, and 4 beautiful grandchildren, Andrea, Joseph, Alex, and Luke, and her daughter Lynne, and husband Jeff, and 2 beautiful grandchildren, Hannah and husband Eric, and Benjamin.
Jackie dedicated her life to her family and found joy in caring wholeheartedly for them. She had an incredible smile, and above all, she was kind. She lived by Mother Teresa's words: "That we meet each other with a smile, even when it is difficult to smile." She was a loving mother, wife, and sister, and found strength in prayer, and in her faith in God.
