James F. Butler, Jr., 34, of 8 Maryanne Road, Manchester, died April 29, 2003, at the Elliot Hospital. He was born in Manchester, NH on March 10, 1969, the son of James F. Butler, Sr., and Shirley (Stewart) Xantaras and had been a resident of the Manchester and Concord areas. He was a graduate of Concord High School and was on the wrestling team. James was an assistant kitchen manager at Weathervane Restaurant for several years and also worked part time at Hannaford. He was an Elvis Presley fan and loved to play and watch all sports. James enjoyed camping, the outdoors and spending time with his kids. Family members include his wife of 10 years Tanya (Marcotte) Butler, a son Jakob Butler, a daughter Samantha Lynn Butler, all of Manchester, his father and stepmother; James and Lorraine (Chapman) Butler, Sr., of Loudon; his mother and step father Nick and Shirley (Stewart) Xantaras of Concord, his maternal grandmother Sadie Stewart of Prince Edward Island, Canada, a brother David Butler of Manchester, two step brothers; James "Jimbo" Butler and Sean Connor, both of Massachusetts, a sister; Linda Fellows of Concord, a step sister Renee Butler of Massachusetts, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Friday evening from 4 to 7 PM. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. A Memorial Fund has been set up for James's children. Donations may be made the the James F.
