JAMES E. LOVEDAY James E. Loveday, 58, of Pembroke, NH, died December 30, 2007, at his home, following a sudden illness. Mr. Loveday was born on December 2, 1949, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late John and Marguerite (Descheneau) Loveday. He was a resident of Pembroke, for the past 4 years. Prior to this, he resided in Manchester and Goffstown for most of his life. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Loveday was employed as a production manager at Precision Tool & Die Company. Mr. Loveday enjoyed woodworking, design, drafting and fishing. He enjoyed the Beatles, and spending time with his dogs. Members of his family include, his wife of 38 years, Loretta (Lefebvre) Loveday, of Pembroke; 1 son, Christopher Loveday, of Manchester; 3 daughters, Patricia Loveday, of Boston, MA; Kathryn Loveday, of Ontario, Canada; Marsha Lanier, of Londonderry, NH; 3 grandchildren, 2 brothers, Thomas Loveday, Greenville, NH; John Loveday, of Manchester; 1 sister, Marguerite Peggy Coulon, of Milford, NH; many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 2, from 5 8 P.M. at Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, 10 A.M. at The Parish of the Transfiguration, 107 Alsace Street, in Manchester. It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to The American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Suite 110, Bedford, NH 03110, in memory of Mr. Loveday.
