Mr. Jean Paul Allard, 49, of Manchester, NH died March 16, 2011 at his residence in Manchester.
He was born on July 1, 1961 in Manchester, NH the son of the late Ronald J. and Lucille (Charest) Allard. He was raised and educated in Manchester graduating from West High School. He earned his bachelor degree in animal science from UNH, and his masters degree in animal nutrition from Penn State.
Jean worked as a poultry nutritionist for OK Industries in Fort Smith, Arkansas during his entire career.
He was a resident of Fort Smith, Arkansas for the past 20 years and moved back to Manchester a month ago.
Jean had a great love of animals. He was a world traveler and loved to play and watch sports.
Jean is survived by his siblings, Bruce Allard, Susan Allard and Keith Allard all of Manchester, NH. He was predeceased by his sister, Pauline.
In His Life: He is also survived by his two nieces, Samantha and Shannon Allard both of Manchester.
Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Thursday from 6 to 8PM. Private burial will be at St. Augustin Cemetery in Manchester. In lieu of flowers donations in Jean's name can be made to your local ASPCA. A scholarship fund has been established at The Poultry Federation in Little Rock, AR.
