Jean Paul Andre "Pete" Roy

Jean Paul Andre "Pete" Roy, 82 of Pinardville passed away after a brief illness on August 4, 2014, surrounded by his loving family. Jean was born on November 6, 1931, son of the late Napoleon and Irene (Chouinard) Roy.
Jean enjoyed woodworking, gardening and especially bicycling. He proudly served his country during Korea in the US Air Force and later worked as a Machinist and Production Supervisor at Leighton Machine. Jean was a Juried member of the League of NH Craftsman.

Beloved husband of 53 years to Leona A. (Corriveau) Roy. Loving father of Pauline L. Wylie and her husband Kenneth of Westford, MA, Suzanne I. Roy and her fiancé Richard Exline of Manchester, and Marc P. Roy and his wife Joanne of Goffstown. Devoted Pépère of Samantha R. and Erin A. Wylie and Christopher J. Roy. Dear brother of Irene Chabot, Madeline Bartlett, Adrian Roy, Theresa Reed and the late Marguerite Keller and Gerard Roy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Family and friends will honor and remember Jean's life by gathering to visit at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 18th in the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 250 Coolidge Ave. Manchester, where his memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial with Military Honors will follow at 1:30 PM in the NH State Veteran's Cemetery in Boscawen.
