Jeanette M. Williams

Jeanette M. Williams, 66, of 567 Cedar Street, died January 13, 2001, at the Elliot Hospital. She was born in Carthridge, New York on January 16, 1934, the daughter of Clarence and Gladys (Burr) Christman and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. Jeanette was a certified nurse's aide for many years and also worked for St. Anselm College. She loved to crochet. Jeanette was the widow of her first husband Newell Stevens and her second husband Harvey Green. Family members include two sons, Scott Stevens of Arizona and Mark Stevens of Manchester, her predeceased son, Gary Stevens who died in 1969, a daughter Cheryl O'Brien of Manchester, three grandchildren, a sister Marjorie Milligan of Concord, several nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: A Memorial Reception will be held at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematorium Chapel, 243 Hanover Street, on Wednesday from 11 AM to Noon with the service immediately following at noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route 101 Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110 of the Diabetes Association, 132 Middle Street,
