Jeanne D'Arc Marie Pauline Goulet, 91, passed away on January 26, 2020. Born in St. Praxede, Quebec, Canada on August 7, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Ernestine (Toupin) Lapointe. She shared nearly 50 years of marriage with her late husband, Atchez Goulet, who preceded her in death in 2002.
Jeanne was raised in St. Praxede and lived most of her younger years in Canada. She and Atchez moved to Manchester 53 years ago. She worked as a seamstress for Winwood Sportswear for 23 years until her retirement. Jeanne loved long walks and enjoyed taking family trips to New Jersey beaches and after retirement, spending summers at her camp in Canada with her husband. Jeanne was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt who loved spending time with her family.
Jeanne is survived by her daughter, France Poulin and her husband Mario of Brooksville, FL; her son, Yves Goulet and his wife Diane of Manchester, NH; her grandchildren, Kevin Poulin, Stacey LaCorte and her husband Jack and Matthew Goulet; her great-granddaughter Sofia; her siblings, Rita Allaire, Aline Goulet, Pierette Gagne, Jean Marc Lapointe, Ginette Lehoux and Jacqueline Leblond; and brothers-in-law and sister-in-law and several nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her siblings Leo and Yolande Lapointe.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 11am-1pm with a memorial service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Jeannne a vécu à St Praxede presque toute sa jeune vie. Elle et Atchez on déménage à Manchester NH il y a 53 ans. Elle a travaille comme couturière à Windwood Sportswear pendant 23 ans avant de prendre sa retraite. Jeanne aimait prendre de longue promenades et aimait prendre des vacances sur les plages du New Jersey et après sa retraite passer ses étés a son chalet au Canada avec son époux. Jeanne étais une mère aimante ainsi que grand-mère et arrière grand-mère, sœur et tante. Elle aimait passer du bon temps avec sa famille.
Jeanne laisse dans le deuil sa fille France Poulin et son époux Mario de Brooksville FL, son fils Yves Goulet et son épouse Diane de Manchester NH, ses petits enfants, Kevin Poulin, Stacey LaCorte et son époux Jack, Matthew Goulet, son arrière petite fille Sofia, ses frères et sœurs Rita Allaire, Aline Goulet, Jean Marc Lapointe, Pierrette Gagne, Ginette Lehoux, et Jacqueline Leblond ainsi que ses beaux-frères et belle-sœur et plusieurs neveux et nièces. En plus de rejoindre ses parents, elle a aussi rejoint son frère Léo et sa sœur Yolande Lapointe.
Le service aura lieu Samedi le 1er Février 2020 au salon funéraire Phaneuf 243 Hanover St Manchester NH. Famille et amis sont invites à offrir leurs sympathies de 11 à 1 heure suivit d'un service prières à 1 heure à la chapelle du salon funéraire.
