Jeannette Marie Louise Doucet

Jeannette Marie Louise Doucet, 83, of Center Barnstead, NH died May 22, 2008 at the Hospice House in Concord after a period of declining health She was born on December 13, 1924 in Manchester, NH the daughter of the late Domina Joseph and Louise (Champagne) Lamarche. She was raised and educated in Manchester. She was a resident of Manchester for most of her live. She worked at Myrna Shoe in Manchester from age 16 to 62. Jeannette was a dedicated and devoted mother. She was very passionate about her family and they were a priority in her life. She liked raising vegetables in her garden, as she was a vegetarian. She also loved music and dancing. She did a mean jitter bug. She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Lockwood of Center Barnstead, NH; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; two brothers, Domina Lamarche Jr. of Manchester and Louis Lamarche of Pensacola, FL and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her daughter, Jeanne Bailey. Her Calling Hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover St, Manchester on Monday from 2-4PM. A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
