Jeannine Leone (Pepin) Bouchard

Manchester, NH - Jeannine Leone (Pepin) Bouchard, 82, passed away on March 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Sherbrooke, Quebec in 1935, she was daughter of the late Wilfrid and Emelda (Pomerleau) Pepin.

Jeannine was raised in Canada, but had been a resident of Manchester for 52 years. She had previously been employed at Velcro. However, her passion in life was helping others and taking care of people, and she found great joy in working as a homemaker for the Visiting Nurse's Association. A devout Catholic, Jeannine found great comfort in her faith and for many years was an Adorer at Blessed Sacrament, ensuring that prayers were given to anyone who needed them. A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Jeannine cherished time spent with her loving family.

Jeannine leaves behind her children, Jeanne Martel, Dianne Fournier and her husband Ray, Jean-Guy Martel, Andre Martel, and Marge Bouchard; her siblings, Dolores Ritchie and her husband Marcel and Andre Pepin and his wife Julianna; her grandchildren, Athena Damdounis, Dawn Lockwood and her husband Beau, Scott Fournier, Tiffany, John, Danny and Nathan Bouchard; James, Skyler and Joel Martel; as well as her great-grandchildren Taylor, Cameron and Noah Fournier and Jaxson Lockwood. In addition to her parents, Jeannine was predeceased by her husband, Marcel Bouchard and her siblings, Leo, Napoleon, Serge, Denise, Noella and Leone Pepin.

Jeannine's visitation will be on Friday, March 23 from 5-7pm with a funeral service at 7pm at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH. She will be laid to rest on Saturday, March 24 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, with a committal to take place in the cemetery's mausoleum at 10am.
