Jeannine A. Lessard

Jeannine A. Lessard, of 188 Alsace Street, died April 17, 2001, at Catholic Medical Center. She was born July 31, 1925 in Canada the daughter of Leon and Eugenie (Thibault) Lacroix and had been a resident of Manchester for most of her life. She was the widow of Roger Lessard who died in 1983. Jeannine was a parishioner of Ste. Marie Church and a member of St. Anne Sodality of that parish. She worked at MKF and retired after many years of service. She was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Family members include two sons, Donald Lessard and Gerald Lessard, both of Manchester, a daughter Carol Randlett of Jupiter, Florida, five grandchildren, a brother Jean Lacroix of Quebec, Canada, four sisters, Blanche Guimont, Marthe Cadrin, Gemma Chabot all of Quebec, Canada and Francoise Boyer of Manchester, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. SERVICES: Calling hours are at the Phaneuf Funeral Homes & Crematoriu, 250 Coolidge Avenue, Thursday evening from 7 to 9. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday mroning at 10 o'clock in Ste. Marie Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
