Jeannine B. Martel

Jeannine B. Martel, 79, of Goffstown, NH died on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Granite VNA Hospice House, in Concord, NH.  

Mrs. Martel was born on March 3, 1944, in Quebec City, Canada, the daughter of the late Alfred and Marie (Mince) Thibault. She was born, raised and attended schools in Canada. In 1968, she moved to Manchester, NH. Later in 1990, she relocated to Goffstown, NH where she has been living for the past 33 years.  

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Martel was employed as a machine operator and worked for 28 years at Velcro, USA.   

She enjoyed playing BINGO, scratch tickets and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Members of her family include; her three daughters, Lucie Martel, Manon Martel, Maryse Gagne, and her husband, Daniel, all of Goffstown, NH; 5 granddaughters, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Alpha E. Martel, who passed away in May 2008.

SERVICES: There are no calling hours. Services will be private.   

Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, in memory of Mrs. Martel.
